SUNDAY DESSERT #12: Mirabel inspired cake

INSPIRATION: My daughter wanted a Mirabel birthday cake! She is going to be 4 tomorrow on 4/4!!!🎂
RECEPTION/COMMENTARY: This was SO FUN to make!! Not gonna lie though, THAT SKIRT! So frickin' hard to even attempt to pipe all that detail! I just made stuff up and hoped it looked good and kinda like the real thing. 😂 Besides that, you just can't beat jammin' out to the Encanto soundtrack while decorating a birthday cake. It was a party in our kitchen! With General Conference from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to boot!!
