RECEPTION/COMMENTARY: These are cute, little tea cakes filled with raspberry jam and coated in white chocolate fondant. I decorated the top with flowers for Mother's Day. And they taste just as good as they look! It's a moist and sweet cake bite. Definitely the most delicious bouquet I've ever had. 10/10!
WOULD I MAKE IT AGAIN? I don't think so. Although they are cute and delicious, it takes a lot of effort to make them. I would rather make the easier version of a larger cake.
